How to operate the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine

1. Check before starting the machine
Whether there are sundries in the mixing tank, whether the filter body has emptied the sludge, and whether there is mud at the head of the screw shaft.

2. Boot steps
(1) Add flocculant powder into the PAM preparation system and start the stirring device;.
(2) Manually spray the moving disc on the filter body for 2 minutes;
(3) Turn on the main body drive motor, and check whether the rotation direction of the main body drive motor is correct, and continue to spray for 2 minutes at the same time;
(4) Start the flocculant feeding pump, mud feeding pump and flocculation stirring motor in sequence;
(5) Adjust the amount of mud entering and the rotational speed of the screw shaft, and adjust the distance between the back pressure plates to maximize the processing capacity and moisture content.
3. Check after starting up
Whether the rotation of the screw shaft is normal, whether the mud level in the mixing tank is stable, whether the rotating parts are running normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound.
4. Shutdown steps
(1) Turn off the sludge feed pump and stop feeding the sludge;
(2) Turn off the dosing pump and dosing system, and stop dosing;
(3) Empty the flocculation mixing tank and stop the flocculation stirring motor;
(4) After the sludge is completely drained (not less than 30 minutes), manually spray the filter body for 5 minutes, and rinse the equipment;
(5) Turn off the power.
